Instructions Before and After Treatment
Before Treatment
1. Consult with a specialist physician.
2. Get adequate rest, at least 8 hours.
3. Drink 2-3 liters of clean water.
4. Avoid all types of alcohol, tea, and coffee 2-3 days before treatment.
5. Avoid taking anti-inflammatory drugs such as ASA or NSAIDs 2-3 days before treatment.
6. Stop using Retinol and Alpha Hydroxy Acid 1 week before treatment.
7. Reduce consumption of sweets, oily, fried foods, or high-fat foods.
After Treatment
1. Consume protein-rich foods from legumes and meat.
2. Drink 2-3 liters of clean water daily.
3. Avoid or reduce intake of alcoholic beverages, tea, and coffee.
4. Reduce consumption of salty and strongly flavored foods.
5. Limit intake of sweets, oily, fried, or high-fat foods.
6. Avoid or reduce activities that strain the legs or the treated area.

Stages and Symptoms of Osteoarthritis
Early Symptoms of Osteoarthritis include hearing cracking or popping sounds in the knee, stiffness, and knee locking. Difficulty walking up and down stairs, sharp pain inside the knee joint, difficulty fully straightening or bending the knee, limited knee flexibility, nighttime knee pain, weakened muscles around the knee, easy fatigue, and pain during movement.
Osteoarthritis is divided into 4 stages:
Stage 1: Knee stiffness when changing positions, narrowing of the joint space, and about 10% cartilage wear.
Stage 2: Unable to perform heavy work, knee pain, knee popping sounds, stiffness, and increased cartilage wear.
Stage 3: Inability to perform daily activities, increased bone spurs causing joint friction, knee inflammation, swelling, and reduced mobility.
Stage 4: Cartilage wear reaches up to 60%, knee deformity, constant pain, bow-leggedness, difficulty walking, and the need for assistive devices for movement.
